SUSTech hosts 2019 Dynamic Evolutionary Optimization Theory and Applied Academic Forum
Earlier this month, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) hosted the 2019 Academic Forum on Evolutionary Optimization Theory and Applications (DEOTA 2019). DEOTA 2019 was jointly organized by SUSTech’s Artificial Intelligence Institute and the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), in conjunction with the Evolutionary Algorithm Theory and Applied Research Project Team for Dynamic Network Optimization Problems.
More than 100 experts and scholars in dynamic evolutionary optimization theory attended DEOTA 2019.
High level academic talks were given on eight dynamic evolutionary optimization theories and commercial directions by top scholars, including CSE Head and Chair Professor Yao Xin. The scholars came from top universities in Hong Kong, mainland China, Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. Several CSE faculty members spoke on how to publish high-quality scientific research papers.
