The SUSTech Research Center for Intelligent Transportation is an interdisciplinary research institute sponsored by the department of CSE and other related departments. The research center aims to perform both theoretical and applied research in three directions: sensing and perception, decision and planning, and communication and energy management, specifically for applications of autonomous driving. The objectives of the center include (1) promoting inspiring dialogues between academic communities and related companies, and (2) commercializing state-of-the-art academic achievements and breakthroughs in autonomous driving, and (3)  developing tightly coupled collaborations among industry, research centers and universities.
