资助内容

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

全校每年资助约150名境外一流高校博士生到南科大进行为期一年（12个月）或两年（24个月）的访问科研，资助标准为每人每年税前20万元人民币。

The SUSTech Fellowship Program sponsors PhD students from universities outside mainland  China to visit SUSTech and conduct cutting-edge research for a year (12 months) or two years  (24 months). Each fellow could receive the stipend of RMB 200,000 yuan (pre-tax) per year.

申请资格

ELIGIBILITY

申请人须为世界排名（THE，QS，US News，或ARWU）前150名高校或澳门大学、香港大学、香港科技大学、香港理工大学、香港城市大学、香港浸会大学的全日制在读博士生，并己完成博士阶段课程学习，己通过博士资格考核者优先。

Candidates should be full-time PhD students from the top 150 universities (according to the THE, QS, US News, or ARWU ranking) or from University of Macau, University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University. Candidates should have completed all the required courses at their home universities, and preferably have passed the qualifying exam.

申请办法

HOW TO APPLY

申请人应首先征得所在高校博士导师同意，然后联系一位南科大博士生指导教师作为合作导师，并与双方导师制定三方认可的访问研修计划书。南科大博士生导师须出具接收函，表明接收该申请人的意愿及可提供的科研条件。申请人可在https://fellow.sustech.edu .cn进行申请并下载研修计划书及导师接收函模板，填写并签名后上传至网申系统。

The candidate should have the support and approval of his/her PhD supervisor who has a strong willingness to collaborate with a PhD supervisor of SUSTech who agrees to work as the  co-supervisor for the candidate’s research activities during the visit. A research proposal needs to be developed by the candidate and approved by both supervisors. The candidate should obtain a support letter from the co-supervisor of SUSTech stating the willingness to host the candidate and research resources available for the candidate. 1.南科大合作导师接收承诺书Supporting Letter signed on by the supervisor of SUSTech

2.申请人及双方导师签字的访问研修计划书Research Proposal signed by the applicant and both supervisors

3.申请人个人简历CV/Resume

4.申请人个人陈述Personal Statement

5.佐证材料：学历／学位证书，成绩单，博士学籍证明，有效身份证件，获奖证书等Supporting  Documents: The candidate's certificates of diploma/degree and transcripts (starting from the bachelor's degree), proof of the candidate’s PhD student status, the candidate's valid ID, awards and honors (no more than 3).

选拔方式

SELECTION

南科大导师所在院系进行初审后，提交至研究生院组织专家进行评审及录取。

Academic departments will review the applications and SUSTech Graduate School will organize the final review and admission.

OTHER INFORMATION

项目内学生在南科大为访问学生，学校不提供宿舍。学生自行承担保险费、签证费、旅费等费用。
